Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering has organized two days workshop on “PCB DESIGN & FABRICATION” for the II Year EEE Students on 16.08.2018 and 17.08.2018. About 40 students were participated in the workshop and benefited. The workshop was conducted by Mr. P. Mohanavel, Assistant Professor/EEE.
On the Day 1 of workshop, the students were given a Hands on practice to use the EAGLE software and to create the schematics of the circuit in the software.
On Day 2, the hands on practice has been given to students to prepare the hardware of the circuit through various process such as toner transfer, etching, drilling and soldering. Finally, the testing and debugging of the circuit fabricated has been done by the students
The students were benefited from this workshop and they are now equipped with the skill of PCB design and fabrication, which could help in their career..
