General Guidelines

Refund Process

  1. Submit a written application to the Administrative Office
  2. Include all relevant documents and original fee receipts
  3. Provide bank account details for refund transfer
  4. Allow 15-20 working days for processing

Special Circumstances

Medical Grounds

In case of serious illness or disability, special consideration for refund may be given upon submission of proper medical documentation.

Course Transfer

Internal course transfer will have adjusted fee calculations based on the difference in course fees.

Force Majeure

Special policies may apply in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the institution’s control.
