The International Conference on Computing Advanced Hybrid Concurrent Engineering and Technology (ICON CAHCET 2026) successfully hosted Track 1: Technology and Advancement in Computing Applications (ITACA) on 18th April 2026 at C. Abdul Hakeem College of Engineering and Technology. Organized jointly by the IT, CSE, AI&DS, and MCA departments, the event began with an inaugural session and the release of the conference souvenir. Dr. Thangaraja J, Director of the Automotive Research Centre at VIT, Vellore, graced the occasion as Chief Guest, inspiring participants with his insights on emerging technologies. The track saw strong participation with 34 external contributors, presenting 16 papers offline and 18 online, alongside numerous internal submissions from faculty and students. Sessions covered diverse topics such as cyber security, AI, data science, machine learning, cloud computing, and networking, fostering interactive discussions and knowledge exchange. The valedictory session concluded with certificate distribution, marking the success of ITACA 2026 as a collaborative and interdisciplinary research platform.
