International e-Summit on Performance Measurement of SME’s
Powered by School of Management
Why this International Summit?
In this cut throat Competitive world, a business organization could measure its performance using the financial and non-financial measures. The financial measures include profit before tax and turnover while the non-financial measures focus on issues pertaining to customers’ satisfaction and customers’ referral rates, delivery time, waiting time and employees’ turnover. These measures serve as precursors for course of actions in decision making.
In post covid 19 pandemic situations, this session provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners ,educators to & students to learn the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Performance Measurement.
