
The Department of Information Technology organized an Online Alumni Addressing Session on Internship Opportunities in Foreign Countries on 11 June 2026 from 1.15 PM to 2.15 PM in the IT Smart Room.
The session was conducted by Mr. K. Prakash, a distinguished alumnus of the 2020–2024 batch and currently working as an Agentic AI Engineer at Flomenco, USA (Remote). The event was organized under the guidance of Dr. S. Umamaheswari, HoD/IT, and coordinated by Dr. N. Gayathri Devi, ASP/IT.
During the session, Mr. Prakash shared valuable insights into the various internship opportunities available in foreign countries, particularly in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, Data Science, and emerging technologies. He explained the eligibility criteria, application procedures, required technical skills, and the importance of building a strong professional profile through projects, certifications, and networking.
