The Training and Placement Cell successfully conducted a virtual campus recruitment drive on 9th September 2025 in collaboration with Pentagon Space – Incubation Drive. The initiative was aimed at providing final-year students with exposure to industry-standard hiring practices and emerging technology roles.
Interview Process Overview:
The recruitment process was structured to assess both technical and interpersonal competencies through the following stages:
- Pre-Placement Talk (1 Hour): Introduction to the company’s mission, career opportunities, and expectations.
- Aptitude Assessment: Evaluation of logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and analytical thinking.
- Coding Assessment: Hands-on programming tasks to test technical proficiency.
- Group Discussion: Assessment of communication, teamwork, and critical thinking.
- HR Interview: Final interaction to evaluate personality traits and cultural fit.
