Event Overview:
The fourth day of SOM Future Forge ’25 will focus on the critical skill of Emotional Intelligence (EI), with a special emphasis on understanding both self-awareness and group dynamics.
Dr. B. Prabu Christopher, an expert in emotional intelligence and leadership, will lead an engaging session that will help students recognize the importance of emotional awareness, empathy, and collaboration in both individual and team environments.
Following the session, students will participate in an interactive Group Dynamics Exercise designed to showcase the power of emotional intelligence in group settings and build a collaborative spirit among peers. This activity will promote both leadership and teamwork, key qualities for success in the MBA journey and beyond.
