The session on Business Model Canvas (BMC) helped students understand the core components of a startup’s structure. They actively mapped out key elements such as value proposition, customer segments, and revenue streams. The activity encouraged collaborative thinking and practical application of entrepreneurial concepts. As a result, students gained clarity on how to align ideas with business viability.
