The Department of Science and Humanities, C. Abdul Hakeem College of Engineering and Technology, organized the \u201cUnveiling of the English Literary Club\u201d on 18th September 2025 at 11.00 a.m. in the EEE Seminar Hall. The event aimed to encourage literary and communication skills among students under the banner ProComm \u2013 Read & Lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program commenced with a warm Welcome Address by Mr. K. A. Hathibasha, Assistant Professor, Department of English, who greeted the dignitaries, faculty members, and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session was graced by distinguished addresses:
\u2022 Dr. M. Sasikumar, Principal, delivered the Inaugural Address, highlighting the significance of literary enrichment in shaping students\u2019 overall personality.
\u2022 Dr. Mohammed Muzaffar Hussain, Vice-Principal, emphasized the role of communication skills in professional success.
\u2022 Prof. B. V. Senthil Kumar, Head of the Department of Science and Humanities, underlined the department\u2019s commitment to fostering holistic education through initiatives like the Literary Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following this, Ms. A. Tamilselvi, Assistant Professor of English, explained the Importance of the Club, stressing how it would serve as a platform for students to enhance their creativity, confidence, and linguistic abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. A. Mohamed Anwarullah, Assistant Professor of English, elaborated on the Benefits of the Club, pointing out how such activities would strengthen teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills while preparing students for academic and professional challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks proposed by Mr. A. Vasantha Kumar, Assistant Professor of English and Program Coordinator, who expressed gratitude to the management, dignitaries, faculty members, and students for making the event a grand success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The unveiling of the English Literary Club marked the beginning of a new initiative at CAHCET, creating a vibrant platform for students to develop their communication, creativity, and leadership skills through literary and cultural activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
