The Training and Placement Cell successfully conducted a virtual campus recruitment drive on 9th September 2025<\/strong> in collaboration with Pentagon Space \u2013 Incubation Drive<\/strong>. The initiative was aimed at providing final-year students with exposure to industry-standard hiring practices and emerging technology roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interview Process Overview<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recruitment process was structured to assess both technical and interpersonal competencies through the following stages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Pre-Placement Talk (1 Hour):<\/strong> Introduction to the company\u2019s mission, career opportunities, and expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Aptitude Assessment:<\/strong> Evaluation of logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and analytical thinking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coding Assessment:<\/strong> Hands-on programming tasks to test technical proficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Group Discussion:<\/strong> Assessment of communication, teamwork, and critical thinking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • HR Interview:<\/strong> Final interaction to evaluate personality traits and cultural fit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
