Right from the inception of our college, the management took the initiative to set up the Training and Placement Cell with dedicated staff with all infra-structural support to fetch the employment opportunities to our students.
Training
As a first step, Training is provided by experts to cultivate the employability skills of our students, covering all the aspects of the Employer’s expectations.
With the participation of External Soft-skill trainers, our students are enabled to face the On-Campus and Off-campus interviews effectively. Special attention is given to develop the communication skills, verbal, and numerical aptitude.
Group Discussions, Interview Skills, Mock & Technical Interviews are conducted internally to help our students to face interviews of different types such as Campus Interviews, Consortium Interview, Tamil Nadu State Level Placement Programme (TNSLPP) and Common Pooled Drives.
Placement
We are successful in placing our students in Multi-National Companies (MNCs), Public Sector Units (PSUs) and other top ranking companies. Quite a number of our students got placed in most of the Middle East countries also.
The Placement Cell keeps a keen track of all the students with a complete Database to cater to the requirement of employers and also to contact students to convey the opportunities.
